These terms apply to your use of this website, thematic.bigmoodapps.com (the “Site”), run by Big Mood Apps LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

The Site and the app

The Site introduces the Thematic app and links to the App Store so you can download it on iPhone. Your use of the app itself is governed by the Thematic Terms & Conditions and the Thematic app privacy policy, not by these terms. Downloads, purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple under its own terms.

Who can use the Site

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the Site with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for anything unlawful;
• try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• scrape, copy or republish the Site’s content in bulk, or use automated tools to inflate visits or clicks.

Our content

The Site’s design, text, images, wallpapers, the Thematic name and logo belong to Big Mood Apps LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your personal use, but you may not copy, sell or redistribute its content without our written permission.

Links to other services

The Site links to services we don’t control, including the App Store and Adjust. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Mood Apps LLC won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be decided by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may change the Site or these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the terms last changed, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
